I read this today and thought I’d share…it’s kinda lengthy but summarizes very well how it can be dealing with a chronic disease. It was actually written by someone with Lupus, and is a little more extreme than I am, but works just as well with other diseases too.
Wizzy, (can I call u Wizzy?)
thanks for the support. It's not always easy, I used to try to be a hero, but those days are long gone…i know my limitations and I know that i just hace to deal with this.
Herrad,
I'm so happy for u that u can get out these days. U know I'm throwing all the virtual support and sunshine/warmth across the miles. 🙂
Hi,
It has been awhile since I visited many blogs.
Decided to do a quick visit to say hello to as many blogs as possible tonight..
Nice to visit your blog its been ages, I am sure it will not be so long again especially now my life is getting better.
I went out this afternoon for the first time since 19 August 2009 and it was brilliant.
Lovely to feel my world getting bigger again after all this time in bed.
Have a good evening and a pleasant day tomorrow.
Love,
Herrad

Important we support him in the first weeks of his bereavement.
Wonderful share. I get in in as much as I can imagine how hard it must be. Still I am sure I still don't get it because living it is another thing all together. In all though I imagine it takes a tremendous amount of courage.
